Purpose
In 1996,the O’Keeffe Clan website was originally designed to help descendants of O’Keeffe, and various spellings, connect with one another. With the advent of new technology, such as DNA, our focus has expanded to the preservation of genealogical, historical and biographical data pertaining to the O’Keeffe surname. We will not research an individual’s family history, but we do our best to guide people to the many resources available to help them in their family search.
Objectives
1. To collect and preserve genealogical, historical and biographical data pertaining to the O’Keeffe surname including alternate spellings worldwide.
2. To promote interest in genealogical and historical research with emphasis on the O’Keeffe surname.
3. To provide guidance for research.
